Your daily workout
Your fitness level
- You will be the first point of contact for Netpulse clients, introduce new products to our customers and upsell new features
- You will continuously analyse, review and optimise the performance of the customer’s app for success
- You will manage onboarding process from both client and internal perspectives, working closely with implementation and engineering teams
- You will liaise with Product Development to discuss product guidelines and improvements
- You will conduct regular training sessions to educate our customers’ staff on how to use the app
- International travel is an essential component of the role – clients are globally based and Netpulse resources exist in London, Munich, San Francisco, Kiev and Beijing
The equipment we provide
- You have 3-5 years experience in account management
- You are a results-oriented professional that can lead others and develop and utilise efficient processes, capabilities and tools
- You are able to work independently on multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- You have strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively operate with high energy, flexibility, and enthusiasm
- You are able to handle technical and non-technical issues
- You have excellent command of English essential, other languages a significant advantage
